I found this one, too, but worst I cannot even launch MOH from origin, because it gives general fault protection errors I don't have Repair option as for other games, too. And I of course tried to run everything as Admin. I guess you don't have this issue, do you?
Talking about the single player campaign here. I think I should open a new thread about that, but about your issue: I doubt there's soeone still playing this game on multiplayer, but I may be completely wrong; A thing I did not tried is to login with the old MP client version BEFORE trying to update. But you maybe own the game since long ime and already tried it.

EDIT: just read the post again and you said 'I just bought the game' so you could give a try. I solved it anyway.:D I didn't tought to use Admin for the Autorun program that is what Origin client launches. So my solution for it is: - go to '. Origin Medal of Honor __Installer DISK1 ' - right click on AutoRun.exe and enable the Launch as Admin checkbox and set compatibility mode to Windows 7 (don't know if this last one is really necessary but now it works and I don't want to make further tests:D ) Now it should work from the client without issues at all. Anyway it's really weird how this gme is installed: I see no entry in my Start Menu for it (even if I checheck the box when installed), there's no Repair option available and yesterday when the game did not work I tried to unistall it. And well, it didn't even unistall!!!
