For example I cannot click unexpectedly during my web search than it is going normal. Another example my wifi sometimes connected correctly but sometimes can't connect the network.(the same network).

Dell Inspiron N4050 Graphics Driver
I have the same model Dell Inspiron N4050 with Intel HD3000 and AMD Radeon 7450. I have tried almost everything under the sun to get Windows 10 working. Unfortunately there is no support for 1st and 2nd gen Intel drivers like HD3000. It is mentioned on Intel website and they don't intend to do anything about this. AMD has no support for switchable graphics either for Windows 10.

Neither does Dell support Windows 10 for N4050. So you will have to roll back to Windows 8 or Windows 7 like I did. You may try to give the new AMD Crimson drivers or the leschat Catalyst driver a try to see.
Dell Inspiron 14 3000 Series
I havent tried those yet since I am happy with Win 7 for now.
